“Though it’s sandwiched between the Annex and a bustling stretch of College, Harbord Village still has a sleepy, tucked-away feel, with its picturesque homes and trees dotting the area.” That’s what a 4-page story in Now Magazine says, headlined “Harbord Village.” The piece covers Harbord from Spadina to Ossington, and mentions the Bickford dog park, which definitely isn’t ours. But the stats it gives about language and income distribution are still interesting, and all five businesses profiled in the online version are in our area (including Bakka Books in the photo at left.)
