The HVRA Annual General Meeting happened on Tues. Oct. 14. It covered a variety of issues, including discussion of the Financial Statements for year-end 2024 and the Budget Plan for 2025 (view them here). A highlight of the meeting was the invited talk by planner Sean Galbraith describing recent changes to municipal planning rules and ways they will affect development in and around Harbord Village.The video recording for his presentation is now available for viewing online at https://youtu.be/_on-aWC1AFo.
