HVRA Halloween Decorating Contest

Let’s make Harbord Village as spooky as possible this Halloween!  Make sure your home is decorated no later than 3 pm on Saturday October 31 and you will automatically be entered to win a prize for Best Decorated/Scariest Home! Two prizewinners will be chosen for each area of Harbord Village. Photos of the winning decorations will be posted to the HVRA webpage. Tell your neighbours: It’s time to get SCARY!
