2017 Fall Fair

With Margaret Fairley Park now finished, the 2017 Fall Fair will be held Sun. Sept. 10 in the park at Brunswick and Ulster. You can enjoy music, games, food and drink, raffles and a silent auction. Come on out for the best party of the year in Harbord Village.

• Kids’ games and face painting, as well as performances by Nags Players.
• Food and drink galore! Burgers, hot dogs and barbequ’d corn and lots more! Beer, wine, pop and juice.
• Visit community interest tables and also look for the home-made baking and preserves.
• Renew your membership by cash or cheque.
• Bid on items from the silent auction. There are gift certificates for restaurants like Raza, Her Father’s Cider Bar and Akai Sushi, to list just a few. There’s a year’s worth of bread from Cobb’s, ice cream from Greg’s, party trays from Cheese Magic, and coffee from Manic.You’ll be able to bid on books from Caversham, classes from Lotus Yoga, gift cards from Metro and Rexall, and a 3-month membership to the JCC. And that’s just the start! Look for the Silent Auction table to see many more.
• We will have non-stop live music starting at 12:30 pm and ending at 6pm. The lineup is stellar and includes:
  Nuno Cristo: traditional Portuguese
  The Turnups: favourite covers
  Paddy on the Cellphone: trad. Irish
  The Groovees: ’60’s and ’70’s covers
  Caledon County: trad. Scottish and Country
  The Real Deal: Roots and Blues
  Island Accent: Caribbean, Calypso, Ska, Reggae.
