City Consultation Meeting, U of T Plans for Spadina-Sussex

Mon. Jan. 16, 6:30-8:30pm; Koffler House, 569 Spadina Cres., Rm 108

The City invites community members to a consultation meeting about the application by U of T to develop the site at Spadina and Sussex by constructing a student residence of 23 storeys, plus 2 mezzanine levels. The building would also house offices and retail units. The application also proposes a 3-storey townhouse development at 54 Sussex. These plans require a change in zoning, and the City has compiled preliminary background reports, available online.
