Unfortunately, due to a very rainy weather forecast for Saturday April 22, the event has been moved to SUNDAY AT 10AM in Margaret Fairley Park.
We recognize that this change means that some people won’t be able to attend…but hopefully that number will be fewer than the people who would stay home altogether if we proceeded as scheduled during a deluge. Sunday’s forecast is more promising, which means we won’t be wet and freezing, and we’ll be able to enjoy our time together (with snacks!) once the hard work is done, and raffle prizes from Emmer, Clay Design, and Wright Real Estate. Thanks to the Harbord Street BIA for your support!
As originally planned, we’ll still be gathering at the park to distribute supplies (including gripper sticks for those with creaky backs or knees!) and to assign clean-up zones. Once the cleanup is completed, we’ll meet back at the park for light refreshments and prizes donated by Wright Real Estate, Clay Design, Emmer, and more.
Don’t worry if you haven’t officially registered yet – just come out on Sunday and bring your friends and family!
